My role is Business Support to the Agency team here in Christchurch for 7 agents. I prepare Sale & Purchase agreements, Lease agreements and internal communication on behalf of the Agency team. I am also involved in internal events, helping to run and organise them along with coordinating all the marketing for the agents on my team here; I particularly enjoy the creative aspect of my role and enjoy producing tailored marketing products across all media.Creative design is a major component of the role, where I use Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to produce tailored marketing material. My role is to drive the production of agency marketing materials like signage, flyers, property magazines, advertisements, html emails, and online listings, all while working to tight deadlines, whilst ensuring that the process is tightly controlled and the progress clearly communicated to agents concerned, also ensuring compliance to our global brand guidelines. Preparing marketing budgets and keeping track of marketing spend, both for individual campaigns, and department wide (client and company funded marketing). I am also responsible for putting together submissions and proposals to help agents secure stock and grow their business

After enjoying working in the small town of Methven I moved into Christchurch city and started with Hays Recruitment, my role was managing candidates for a team of 7 consultants. Helping to find the right people for the right job, and assisting the consultants in finding the right job for the right candidate. This was a very rewarding role in which I feel was a hugh credit to my experience for furthering my career onto working with JLL.

I began at ghd in the call centre for calls regarding repairs for ghd stylers, I soon moved into the Customer Care section dealing with complaints and more difficult situations. From there I worked with the counterfeit team liaising with our legal team and to assist customers in purchasing the right stylers.From there moving into ghd's head office in Bridgewater Place, Leeds, England to work on the reception. These roles have developed my career over the years for which I am truley grateful, I left England to return back to my home, New Zealand.
