Set up and ran a US division of Exclusive Corporation.

I joined Exclusive to set up and grow new divisions within the Exclusive business. My main responsibility focussed on the growth of Exclusive’s Engineering & Technical division and Aberdeen office. The growth of these divisions and office network allowed me to utilise all of the business growth strategies I use externally with my clients, within the internal Exclusive business in order to successfully gain new market share.Our niche market offering focussed on the Oil & Gas industry in Aberdeen where we provided a niche sector recruiting and business consulting service. We worked with Oil & Gas organisations who were looking to grow in a highly competitive market and utilised specialised headhunting, talent acquisition and business mentoring techniques to ensure they pushed their business ahead of the competition.Our Engineering and Technical division and Aberdeen office have both grown to service not only the UK market but also internationally and became the building blocks for our expansion into the USA.

Throughout my time within a Hays, I established a number of different office locations and divisions which all produced strong growth and became key sectors of the business on a global scale.
