I have 20 years of experience and provided tax compliance services to clients in the real estate and not- for-profit industries. I concentrate on real estate clients, focusing on low-income housing, including both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. I provide my low-income housing clients with a variety of services which includes tax return preparation, AUP reports, tax credit consulting such as end of compliance period analysis, exit strategy analysis, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. My responsibilities at CohnReznick include planning and performing tax engagement compliance in the areas of multifamily residential real estate, construction, and not-for-profit organizations. I am the leader of many CohnReznick firm initiatives, but specifically leading the Tax Incentivized Committee whose emphasis is standardization of processes and efficiency for the firm in the affordable housing industry .
