Laura was destined to be a yoga teacher from the moment she spread out her mat for the first time 7 years ago; she fully realized it when she left a successful sales career in corporate America to pursue and complete her 200 and 300 hour teacher training through YogaWorks, studying under her mentor and personal ‘guru’, Kia Miller. Like many, she first became interested in yoga as a complement to her many other fitness interests, but it eventually transformed into a way of life for her. Laura is a perfect blend of passionate, playful, feisty and spiritual - all of which you can expect to experience in her classes. She believes, as she has found personally, that everyone can find balance in life through yoga because it is philosophical, challenging, relaxing and fun all at the same time. Her ultimate goal is to gently push her students to become the best version of themselves.
