Dovre provided me with the opportunity to grow my skills that I learned during my undergrad and showcase and use them in every aspect of my position. As the sales coordinator I would communicate with every department on a weekly or daily basis depending on what information was needed. This gave me a great opportunity to have a good relationship with all employees at the company and help to make their jobs more efficient and in time help to make my position more efficient. Working closely with the Key Account Manager I was able to have exposure to large head offices accounts such as Whole Foods and work with them closely to help support Dovre and our new products to be listed at the larger head office accounts. In addition, I would work with their own portals to submit documents with any changes that happened to existing products. Another team I was supporting was the outside sales team. I provided them with anything they required to help support their sales and to reach their monthly targets. From sending out samples on a regular basis to creating new forms and templates for them to easily fill out when they are with their customer to make ordering easier for all parties. Another opportunity at Dovre was working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and creating new processes to help make the company as a whole more efficient. A big project that I was a part of was creating a new process for the monthly vendor reports in excel. When I first started the position this task took two days a month to complete, once we created the new process and procedure for it the work time was cut to two hours.

Developed new email campaigns and promotions. Create a SportClips presences in the community with building relationships with local sports teams and schools. Help create events with the community and create awareness of the SportClips brand. Created mail out campaigns for the local market. I also went out weekly to local business owners to educate them about SportClips and establish a business relationship. This relationship including giving each business coupons or other materials to help promote each other. During the weekends I went out to residence to hand out coupons and promote SportClips in the community.
