Daarnaast heb ik deelgenomen aan een greenbelt training voor Lean. Waarbij we verschillende Lean technieken hebben toegepast op verschillende aspecten van de organisatie.

Primair: Mijn team ontwikkelen om klanten van het beste advies/de beste inrichting te voorzien terwijl ieder teamlid lekker op zijn/haar plek zit. Deze functie vereist veel schakelen omdat je te maken hebt met een stukje coaching van verschillende teamleden, zelf meewerken in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en het bewaken en uitzetten van de grote strategische lijnen voor deze afdeling. Daarnaast werden alle nieuwe consultants opgeleid op mijn afdeling, waardor ik gemiddeld twee extra collegas aan het begeleiden was.Ik vond dit een erg leuke uitdaging en heb er veel van geleerd. Naast deze verantwoordelijkheden was ik ook verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting/optimalisatie van onze eigen AFAS omgeving als applicatiebeheerder en was ik (vervangend) Data Security Officer (DSO). Met deze laatste rol hielp ik onze DSO in het opzetten en beheren van onze documentatie tbv ISO 27001.
