Solution Delivery - Apac Team Lead
Current• Lead the APAC Solution Delivery Team for excellence in customer & partner initiatives and releases. • Define, document and train team members on standard operating procedures and customer engagement.• Define, document, test, and communicate requirements and constraints for customer initiatives and releases.• Collaborate with business development, product managers, engineers, and designers to define the service requirements & deliverables and help shape the product strategy.• Prioritize and sequence customer and partner initiatives and plan & assign solution delivery resources. • Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones across all levels.• Understand and guide customers and colleagues through custom API workflows.• Support pre-sales activities and product discussions with potential clients.• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.• Be the local “on the ground’ resource for network partners in relation to technical deliveries and requirements.• Define and execute software test cycles for internal and external stakeholders.• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
