I was responsible for event strategy and coordination, creating internship foreign exchange opportunities, and leading recruitment and organizational planning efforts.In terms of event strategy and coordination, I participated in the development of several successful initiatives that brought together diverse groups of individuals to drive awareness and engagement. These events required networking, planning, budgeting, and execution.Creating internship foreign exchange opportunities was another critical aspect of my role. I worked closely with partner organizations to identify opportunities for cross-cultural exchange. This enabled young people the opportunity gain valuable experience in a global context.I was responsible for leading recruitment and organizational planning efforts, ensuring that the local committee remained well-structured and highly effective. This involved developing recruitment strategies, identifying potential candidates, and leading the interview and selection process.

I was selected as the lead intern on a report automation project, where I served as the primary point of contact between interns and the project manager. This allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, and ensured the timely and effective completion of the project.I was responsible for designing and developing key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards that involved security risk and bugs, which were used in a major cyber-security integration project. This involved analyzing data, visualizing key metrics, and presenting insights that helped drive decision-making.I automated SQL queries for monthly reports, which helped to save time and reduce errors. This required SQL skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the reporting requirements.I also modified several different SQL schemas for reporting, which involved making changes to the database structure and ensuring that the data was organized in a way that could be easily accessed and analyzed for reports. I helped other interns with automating reports and modifying SQL schemas, which involved teaching different software such as PowerBI and SSRS Report. This allowed me to develop my teaching and communication skills, and helped me to become a more effective team player.
