- Responsible for maximizing benefits from refining asset’s and logistics to meet market / customer demands- Provide alignment between sales, operations and comply with inventory targets at lowest costs- Elaborate business strategy for the yearly sales campaign

- Manage a team of 19 technicians in piping, mechanics, instrumentation and electricity. Responsible for recruitment, and career development - Lead the execution of the annual maintenance plan, major shutdowns, and ensure routine maintenance activities are safely performed to maximize production- Realise effective cost control of a 8.5M€ OPEX Budget, through accurate forecast and follow-up- Ensure streamlined work execution through contractors planning,technical, engineering and inspection teams

- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (personal and process), environmental regulations and mitigate hazards- Lead and develop a team of 40 shifts operators and 4 technicians, oversee of shift schedule and training- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs- Identify improvements opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Drive products optimization for the 8 Northern and Mediterranean refineries to enhance operational efficiency and profitability, focus on refineries transfers- Serve as a key communicator and facilitate effective information flow and coordination between trading, optimization and production teams

- Develop economic strategies for the refinery, optimizing the processsing of crudes and production (fuels, lubes, asphalts), through linear programmingAcquired strong economics basis and overview of fuels, lubes and asphalts markets.Strong interfaces with London based crude oil acquisition team.

- Optimize units to enhance efficiency, performance and product quality- Ensure processes comply with industry standards and regulations
