• Updated and clarified a documentation suite developed by native Danish-speaking developers whose sole audience was other developers, and expanded its scope to include content for sysadmins, IT teams, and basic-level users. • Led the effort to update and improve the two-year-old Hugo backend which suffered undocumented modifications.• Documented all docs creation processes using Brew, Pandoc, Hugo, Docker, and Markdown (Atom) in Confluence, and documented Use Case and Integrations submission guidelines for internal engineers and external partners. • Led a complete technical review and revision of the Integration documentation, aligning technical content with the needs both of the developers and the marketing and sales teams.• Learned a little Danish along the way.
