I work with and manage a team to analyze, plan, execute and measure online marketing strategies to help companies generate leads and sales, all with a positive ROI. I am responsible for managing and coordinating weekly initiatives meetings with the account coordinators and strategists, reviewing monthly project/client profitability, improving overall agency operations, recruiting, hiring and on-boarding, training & development, contributing to business development proposals, creating client focused online marketing strategies as well as client management. While managing 14 different types of clients, in a variety of industries, some of my day to day initiatives include: marketing consulting, marketing research, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click management, social media marketing, analytics reporting, email marketing and web development coordination (Drupal & Wordpress).
