I am the initial point of contact for all HR and payroll matters for 300+ team members. I facilitate onboarding and orientation for an influx of seasonal and year-round team members. I review applicants, schedule interviews, verify I-9 compliance, prepare training schedules, and verify completion of required safety, training and payroll forms in Workday. I am an expert in scheduling and pay practices. My selected contributions: * Supports the Store Director, Executives and Team Leaders through ad-hoc and routine HRIS reporting of scheduling, attendance, payroll, and recruiting to hold team accountable and comply with State, Federal, and DOL regulations. * Cultivates a positive, inclusive work environment by strategizing and implementing team building and team appreciation initiatives within budgetary constraints. * Plans and coordinates volunteer events and oversees organization's community involvement. * Promptly resolves inquiries and concerns regarding scheduling, payroll and paid time off, availability, benefits, voluntary resignations, retirement and LOAs.
