Director of 25,000 sq. ft. spa, salon and fitness facility, Oversaw staff of 40+ seasonal and full-time employees, including therapists, fitness instructors, spa cafe servers, spa and salon managers, and all other spa personel. Responsible for budgeting, payroll, creating & implementing new and inventive spa therapies, staffing, etc.

Reported directly to the hospital administrator, in charge of developing a new division on the first floor of a brand new 3 story medical facility; a women's wellness center -including multiple therapies, consulting and prosthetics, and a retail location. Also responsible for incorporating doctor practices to integrate with the work of the center. Worked with a staff of 6-10 therapists & consultants along with multiple doctors, surgeons and the American Cancer Society.
