Hired to open and manage the practice's second clinical research site and help manage the original site. Opening a new clinical site is a major undertaking requiring a lot of specific medical equipment and documentation. I successfully completed this process and the site was ready to have Site Initiation Visits for two studies when I left.Additionally, I worked extensively at the original clinical site seeing patients, making source documents, data entry, lab specimen processing, and assisting with procedures. I wrote all the source documents for about 40 studies, which were frequently praised by research monitors. Created subject visit calculators using Excel to stop protocol deviations due to patient visits being out of window. I am also the lead trouble shooter when we have problems.
