Welcome to my profile! I am a recent graduate from Boston University currently serving as a Building Energy Codes Fellow at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). As a Fellow, I am working for the Building Technologies Office (BTO), housed within the DOE's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Within the BTO, I am primarily supporting the Building Energy Codes Program by engaging with and providing technical assistance to stakeholders across U.S. states and local jurisdictions. At Boston University, I double majored in Economics and Political Science. My coursework, which focused on public policy analysis and urban studies, taught me how to strategically engage policy stakeholders and think critically about policy impacts. Professional experiences at policy research organizations and in the clean energy space have given me hands-on experience connecting with policy stakeholders and translating complex policy minutiae into accessible written collateral. Through both professional and educational research projects, I have developed strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, as well as a knack for leveraging data to inform advocacy efforts. My educational and professional experiences have left me passionate about equitable policy solutions, and specifically clean energy work that promotes an equitable and efficient clean energy transition.
