Manage staff of thirty employees for an industry leader in patient chart Management/ROI for healthcare providers in Las Vegas, NV/California markets. P&L responsibility for assigned territory of $2.0 mill. Assist Sales and Regional Managers in gathering market information and analyzing competition, market share, pricing/legal issues, and regulations. Promote and direct strong client relations by making regular visits to accounts. Performs monthly audits. Effectively manage the daily operations of all accounts within assigned territory. Manage all operating costs – labor, equipment and supplies. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of all field account personnel. Effectively manage and maintain field labor costs. New England 2000-2005, Florida 2005-2012, Nevada 2012- 2017.
