Set up new parts in the system, create/update customer drawings, create/update part assembly drawings with bill of materials, create process sheets for production. Create full scale solidworks models and assemblies that are used to run electric field simulations for high voltage projects to determine proper hardware and shielding are being used. Analyze data and perform calculations to determine corona inception voltages. Design new products and redesign existing products to reduce material and costs. Work with multiple teams to implement new products or product changes. Work with Quality team to maintian electronic document control by creating ECO's to manage drawing/document changes within the system. Generate renderings of product offerings for brochures, catalogs, and events. Create 3D printed parts of new designs or prototypes to verify fit, form, and function as well as existing designs that are used for training.
