As a dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for education, I bring a unique combination of interpersonal communication, leadership, and management skills to the table. My background as an educator has provided me with invaluable experience in nurturing the growth and development of students. During my time as a classroom teacher, I was committed to building strong relationships with students and families to ensure the success of each child. My focus on social-emotional learning allowed me to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students felt supported and empowered to reach their full potential. I have honed my skills in adaptability, collaboration, and customer service through my work with families and clients in various settings. I have a strong educational background, having graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Elementary Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. During my time in college, I was involved in various programs and held leadership positions, such as being a board member for Eagles Educate and participating in an Alternative Break trip to Puerto Rico through the Multicultural and Leadership Development office. These experiences allowed me to develop my leadership potential and equip me with the tools to be an effective leader both in the workplace and beyond.Aside from education, I have a passion for reading and fitness. I enjoy a wide range of books, from children’s classics to literary fiction and memoirs. My all time favorite book is “A Bad Case of Stripes” by David Shannon. (Which, as a kid, I repeatedly checked out from the library until my parents gifted me my own copy one year for Christmas.) Running is one of my favorite ways to relax and unwind, and I’m currently training for my first half marathon this year. In my free time, I love spending time with my furry best friends, Mia and Moose.I am confident in my ability to bring a positive and professional attitude to any team, and I am eager to take my skills and experiences to new heights in my next career. Whether it be through education, customer service, or any other path, I am driven to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others and to grow both personally and professionally. I am excited to see what the future holds and am ready to take on new challenges with determination and enthusiasm!
