GovDelivery merged with Granicus in 2016. GovDelivery is an email and SMS marketing automation provider serving agencies at all levels of government.I led a team with responsibility for product management, product marketing and product design / UX. My charter was to rebuild a weak product management organization and stem the whiplash which results from roadmap priorities driven alternately by sales and engineering.Identified and fostered untapped potential within the team. Developed a roadmap. Doubled down on Agile (not pedantically). Focused single-mindedly on building a partnership with engineering. Delivered a lot of features. Drove revenue.Participated in the pursuit team provide solutions and built confidence for high-profile, large revenue clients.

I led high-performing 7-person team with ownership for Product Management and experience. Highlights included: direct bank engagement for ApplePay roll out, and making sense of the gaps between digital and human channels.

Worked on the ING DIRECT / Capital One 360 deposit product set through the acquisition by Capital One and the brand change to Capital One 360. Turned a lot of orange product assets red, worked on national Checking strategy, rebuilt Customer acquisition funnel, managed ATM network vendor. Led department Monthly Business Review and KPI process. Selected for companywide Leadership development program.

Led the development and launch of new products and features to ING DIRECT's deposit products: build business case, use consumer insights to define user experience and product requirements, work with cross-functional team (Engineering, marketing, operations etc...) to bring the product / feature to market.End-to-end leader for new product introduction of MONEY teen debit product, delivering against an aggressive launch timeline and coordinating a team of more than 100.
