Responsibilities include:•Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly and annual reports for Senior Management •Coordinate year end audit and act as key point person between senior management and auditors•Coordinate, prepare and review monthly balance sheet and income statement accounts’ trend analysis •Create and review Journal Entries•Manage and facilitate all aspects of revenue recognition and reporting•Work closely with Sr. Financial Analyst and Legal team to review contracts and documents necessary for proper revenue recognition of Capital Equipment, Procedure Sales, and Service and Warranty •Prepare or review all revenue accruals and deferrals•Maintain and distribute monthly and quarterly reports•Capital Equipment and Procedure Revenue Analysis•Procedure margin analyses•Service/warranty margin analysis•Manage one senior accountant directly

Responsibilities include:• Track and analyze capital equipment and procedure sales at 160 domestic and international hospital sites.• Prepare journal entries required for recording, and deferring revenue, maintain corresponding schedules• Track and recognize service and warranty revenue based on contract terms.• Calculate monthly procedural rebates based on contract terms and procedure volume.• Review sale contracts, POs and critical documents to ensure proper revenue recognition.• Manual calculation of monthly/ quarterly commissions for 40 capital sales reps and 100 procedure sales reps.• Maintain and distribute monthly and quarterly revenue and procedure margin analyses.• Calculation of the quarterly utilization number distributed to investors and directors.

Main Clients Include; JM Lexus, Bacardi, Lighthouse Partners Responsibilities include; testing of various financial accounts, testing of controls, year-end consolidation of financial statements, performing walk through and narrative of accounting processes, conducting fraud inquiries, and performing inventory counts. Specific audit areas tested: cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, expenses, restructuring, severance and retention testing, property plant and equipment, inventory, loan reviews, variance analysis
