 Led renewal efforts for this 180 year old church. Hired an Associate Pastor. Started Moms and Tots ministry to the community. Actively planned, completed fund raising toward renewal efforts. Initiated, accomplished facility modernization of Fellowship Hall and church grounds. Sought out, participated in various community opportunities to increase church visibility. Led “Drive Thru Prayer” as church’s fund raising event for The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Started, led two Conversational ESL (English as a Second Language) classes per week in our community. Intentionally planned, preached sermon series through various biblical books and themes sensitive to the themes of the Church Year. Introduced, taught more broad landscape of spiritual disciplines through a variety of church gatherings. Built up and into church’s leadership team. Creatively designed worship services weekly, including developing and leading weekly Children’s Sermon. Began focused children’s teaching time (Sunday School) for elementary aged children, choosing curriculum and recruiting/scheduling roster of adult teachers each week. Fostered innovative fellowship gatherings. Practiced consistent biblical heart hospitality through Pastoral Care in visitation and hospice care. Presided over marriage ceremonies after taking couples through thorough pre-marital counseling sessions. Officiated in funeral and graveside services for our church members and in our community.

Consulted with Teaching Leader in development and emerging leadership. Promoted and executed monthly visitor's program. Completed seven years of rigorous Bible study including homiletics.

Started and ran this venture advising men and women on wearing their best color palette, dressing their best appropriate for their career needs and advancement, coordinating and organizing personal wardrobes to maximize potential, teaching makeup application, and being a personal shopper.
