Since 2014, I have been an integral part of the health plan consulting industry, working with Projé, a firm renowned for its comprehensive project management and business services tailored for health plan clients. Over nearly a decade at Projé, I have embraced various roles, starting as a business analyst consultant, which involved weekly travel to client sites. I soon transitioned to the internal business area, allowing me to work from home and bring a fresh perspective to diverse areas such as finance processes, marketing, and internal presentations.Currently, I serve as the Director of Operations and Finance at Projé, a role I find deeply fulfilling. I have the privilege of collaborating virtually with a team of colleagues whom I greatly admire. Projé distinguishes itself by genuinely caring for its employees, and I hope every team member experiences the same positive environment I do. As a dedicated "gap filler," I tackle any and all tasks necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our business, which is a hallmark of thriving small enterprises. My responsibilities span from handling finances to engaging in creative work, including website design.
