As an Experience Planner at Hyatt's Miraval Resorts & Spas, I educate prospective customers and sell overnight stays and experiences. My role is to educate and sell guests on various wellness journeys; from selecting the best packages and activities to ensuring they are well-prepared for their stay. My role includes both face-to-face and remote interactions with the clients pre-arrival, during, and post-stay. I leverage my skills in remote colleague teamwork, customer success, and sales to provide a personalized and memorable service that meets the guests' needs and expectations. I have over 20 years of experience as an educator, teaching languages and core subjects to students of various ages and backgrounds in the U.S. and abroad. I have a Master's degree in Education and a certification in EAL teaching. I am passionate about languages and cultures and enjoy creating engaging and interactive learning environments that foster communication and collaboration. I also have experience as a small business founder, where I developed and executed effective marketing and sales strategies for a family start-up business.
