The load is seamlessly distributed between team engineers, expert volunteers, and temporary workers.▪ Repositioned Internal Developer Relations (IDR) site to better meet the needs of IDR’s customers. Reorganized to support user journeys instead of the team org chat. New focusing tagline: "Helping product owners support developers."▪ Performed extensive developmental edits to monthly executive summaries of team projects. Articles needed substantial rewrites to add missing context and reframe deeply technical content for an executive audience. Created authoring guide and templates to educate and support original authors.

▪ Developed 3-year plan for taking Kintone from almost unknown in the US developer community to a solid contender with a passionate and self-sustaining community of Kintone ambassadors.▪ Established a customized, scalable software release process with well-defined expectations and hand-off points to improve US/JP coordination and make the most of the small US team.▪ Quadrupled the number of available Kintone US add-ons with at least double that in the pipeline.▪ Piloted and led the Kintone dojo mini-hackathon series to get new developers working hands-on with the API.▪ Worked with strategic partners like Google, Microsoft, and Slack to build out custom Kintone integrations.

▪ Managed developer community of 168,000 developers responsible for one-third of all eBay listings and making 4 billion API calls a month.▪ Saved eBay $17.1 million by working with top-tier and long-tail developers to adopt new Item Condition values by the holiday deadline. Feature required a mandatory code change for all listing tools. ▪ Triaged ~150 new eBay projects per year for developer impact. Made high-level recommendations to Product Managers on API implementation given understanding of API architecture and 3rd-party developer business needs.
