Skylight is a digital consultancy using design and technology to help government agencies deliver better public services. In collaboration with the USAF’s Business Enterprise Systems Product Innovation (BESPIN), Skylight has established the BESPIN Design Studio, a center for design excellence within the USAF that airmen product teams can leverage to build software with speed and quality. Consultant for multiple clients building enterprise solutions using services based on leading edge GIS mapping technology to protect private property, track assets and manage inventory. Provided designs for comprehensive border wall security, remote vehicle monitoring, vehicle disablement, building monitoring and shot detection devices. Developed a comprehensive medical solution for the monitoring of health care personnel, patients and vital assets. These services were deployed for use in hospitals, emergency facilities (tents/temporary facilities) and for the home monitoring of patients. Designed and developed public safety 911 GIS systems. These dashboards routed emergency calls to the appropriate call center, map the caller’s location on dispatcher maps, and guide emergency responders to the scene of the accident on mobile displays within police, fire and ambulance vehicles.
