During over a decade with the world’s largest independent communications agency, I pursued strategic roles in offices across the U.S., Europe and Asia, culminating in the Director of Strategy & Operations position for Edelman Health, reporting to the Global Health Chair. I was responsible for shaping the agency’s global approach to building best practices within the health sector, in order to deliver best-in-class communications services to pharma clients. I served as lead for the 2022 Trust and Health special report, of the Edelman Trust Barometer, a comms industry-leading annual trust and credibility survey. In tandem, I continued to lead as a senior client advisor across several of the agency’s leading health accounts, including AstraZeneca, Janssen and Novartis.

Provide essential connectivity for the more than 600 Edelman health professionals in 35 countries managing 300+ pan-industry clients. As a 2014 Daniel J. Edelman Global Fellow, worked in Edelman Tokyo health practice and provided cross-network support for global clients, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices from Edelman offices around the world. Also provided AstraZeneca Japan with onsite counsel and support during 8-month secondment in client's Osaka head office. Managed and supported employee engagement, internal communications strategy, large-scale staff and sales team events and leadership communications.
