I have a decade of experience designing, managing, and implementing clinical research studies, both domestically and abroad. I currently work as a Senior Project Manager with the Minnesota Cancer Clinical Trials Network (MNCCTN) at the Masonic Cancer Center and manage a diverse portfolio of projects.Specialties include:- Effective people management: I strive to build authentic, productive working relationships within my study teams and with external partners. I have experience managing large study teams (20+ people), collaborating with multiple health care systems, and direct staff supervision.- Facilitating and presenting: I have completed training in facilitation from the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA). I conduct efficient, engaging meetings in order to drive study work forward.- Oncology Research: I have experience with the full spectrum of oncology clinical trials (interventional, therapeutic, observational, phase II-IV)- Clinical decision support (CDS) tools: I have managed projects implementing CDS tools in over 150 clinics across the United States. - Health equity: I have extensive experience conducting research aimed at addressing health disparities.
