Over 25 years of experience in training design and delivery in the areas of sales, service, leadership development, and coaching. As a senior independent consultant for Wilson Learning Corporation, I am certified in over 30 different programs and deliver performance improvement solutions to Fortune 500 companies around the globe.

I was hired into Pacific Bell's fast-track executive GMD program and was promoted through a variety of positions including customer service management, sales management, call center operations, leadership training and development, and headquarters marketing staff. I also managed a large call center that handled sales, service, collections, and telemarketing. I was certified as an internal corporate trainer for several Wilson Learning programs and delivered a variety of management and leadership development programs within Pacific Bell.

Managed three departments and a staff of 17 salespeople. Responsible for sales results, customer service, expense budget, hiring, staffing, some buying, and merchandising my departments. I also graduated from Bullocks executive training program.
