An experience accounts payable officer with more than 20 years’ experience, working as both the sole accounts payable officer from end to end as well as in teams. As part of her duties Laurel will check and authorise the large volume of invoices that is entered by a data entry person, as well as processing invoices to ensure that they are accurate and processed in a timely manner. EFT and BPAY runs are processed three days a week. Processing of spreadsheets, reconciling supplier statements, liaising with suppliers and completing the AP accruals by the deadline. Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite, JD Edwards, MYOB, Basware, Nexus and Approval plus.In her spare time Laurel enjoys going to the gym, completing diamond art and sailing.
