I was fortunate to spend two summer seasons at the Wequassett. Here I fulfilled my second 120-hour internship towards my degree during which I shadowed managers before, during, and after social functions, during which I produced BEOs, contracts, menus, etc. and received face-to-face experience with clients throughout every stage of their event. Over the summer of 2015 season I was hired back full-time, during which I practiced the same duties, as well as running a few events on my own. My experiences here have definitely set the foundation of my future career in what I like and expect in a work environment. I was lucky to be a part of, and happy to congratulate them on earning their long-awaited and well-deserved 5th star.

My responsibilities included setting up and breaking down function sites, professional service during the function, and maintaining cleanliness as well as satisfied attendees throughout.
