Planning and delivering practical lessons to Paramedicine students through multiple modes of communication. Displaying correct clinical techniques to be replicated by students in practice sessions and in assessment scenarios. Providing mentorship and guidance to students regarding study plans, placement expectations and University life in general. Liaising with academic staff regarding lesson topics, desired outcomes and student progression.

Outbound communication (calls/emails) with prospective and current University students to provide information regarding enrolment, HECS/SSAF, student services, placement coordination, exclusions and more. A role highly focussed on meeting deadlines and KPIs on both a team and individual basis. Continuous liaison with managers and senior staff to ensure adherence to the current CRM and providing feedback for future processes.

Assisting radiographers and sonographers in all general and emergency areas of the imaging department (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound). Coordination of appointments through liaison with clinical staff and hospital assistants to ensure a smooth and continuous flow of patients and timely imaging of emergency cases.
