I am an expert witness in medico-legal assessments throughout Australia for adults and children with moderate to catastrophic injuries, particularly acquired and traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and cerebral palsy. I hold several roles for ICARE NSW including approved care needs assessor, eligibility assessor and disputes assessor. I am a medical and reviews assessor for the Personal Injury Commission in NSW. I am also a credentialed FIM and WeeFIM Assessor and trained PCANS-2 assessor. I provide rehabilitation services to clients following acquired brain injury, spinal and other neurological, developmental and physical injuries, both adults and children. I implement occupational therapy treatment programs, including functional cognitive rehabilitation and daily living activity retraining. I also provide independent case management, establish attendant care programs and organise support worker training. I supervise occupational therapy and multi-disciplinary staff and maintain my professional development.

Expert witness in medico-legal assessments throughout Australia for children and adults with catastrophic injuries, particularly acquired traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and cerebral palsy. Provision of occupational therapy and case management services to clients following spinal injury, brain injury, cerebral palsy / developmental impairment and physical injuries including: functional assessments, functional cognitive skill development; daily living skill retraining, community re-integration, training and supervision of attendant care personnel and case management.

Provision of occupational therapy intervention to clients following a traumatic brain injury and / or spinal injury; facilitation of occupational roles in the areas of self-maintenance, productivity, leisure and rest - intervention included seating modification, splinting, home modification and equipment prescription; identification of attendant care needs following discharge and training of carers to meet individual client's needs; retraining of tasks performance in hospital, home, community and work environments; performance of a case management role with delegated inpatients; liaison with insurers, community agencies and rehabilitation facilities in the performance of case management and therapist duties; supervision of staff including Occupational Therapists, Assistants and Recreational Officer; visit representation on the Centre's Quality Council and Improving Performance Working Party; Acting as Director of Service and Unit Coordinator as required.
