Executive Assistant to the Founder/Owner. Provides general administrative duties for the Owner, included, but not limited to: managing daily calendar and setting appointments; managing email; reviewing, reconciling and processing expense reports; assisting company personnel with inquiries and problems. Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports accurately and timely. Organizing special meetings and consultations and arranging payments and invoicing through QuickBooks. Assisting in the garden with installations and maintenance.

Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO. Provides general administrative duties for the CEO, included, but not limited to: managing daily calendar and setting appointments; managing mail; making travel arrangements; copying, assembling, and routing documents and reports; reviewing, reconciling and processing expense reports; assisting Company personnel with inquiries and problems. Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports accurately and timely. Take notes in executive meetings, transcribe, and prepare communications on behalf of the CEO. Organizing special meetings and events, conducting cost analysis, and negotiating facility contracts and arranging payments.

Administrative Assistant II to Executive Director. *Shared employee for both State Agencies. Use computers for various applications, such as database management, word processing, or Microsoft programs. Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer to appropriate individuals. Processed all applications for licensure and all license renewals for the State of Oklahoma; for both agencies. Make travel arrangements, manage mail and deposits of funds received in the office. Oversee staff relations with applicants, licensees, and committee members.
