I am blessed with the learning opportunities I embraced while obtain my bachelors degree in Organization Communication Studies through Ohio University. I immersed myself in classes focused on service marketing and management, organizational behavior, and communication theories. My studies on interpersonal and intergroup communication gave me a greater understanding of human interactions and behaviors to develop reliable, authentic solutions for clients. I also learned how to clarify stakeholders objectives, create a needs assessment, and design and execute an integrated marketing communications plan. I applied this knowledge as a customer service specialist, hiring manager, and teacher by creating tailored messages to create strong connections between multiple stakeholders. I want to continue to use my skills in a career with a company who pride themselves on making the world more accessible for everyone, especially to those who are in need of it the most.
