I am currently collaborating with a mentor in the Diversity in Cancer Research on a project dedicated to advancing cancer research, specifically focusing on Hepatocellular Carcinoma (Liver Cancer). Additionally, I am actively shadowing professionals across different medical specialties to broaden my knowledge and skills.

As an official ambassador of the university president, I assist in facilitating major university events, including high-profile gatherings. My role involves supporting the President’s Office in events such as working commencements and operating in the President's Box during football games. Through this position, I engage with different people while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

I was a representative of the program that was eagerly willing to assist any of the incoming visitors. I also communicated with prospective students via email to help with their application process. Additionally, I communicated with current LEAD Scholars to make sure they fulfilled their semester requirements. Furthermore, I assisted the professional staff with any needed tasks.

As the Associate Director, I helped oversee the LEAD Student Association Board with the Executive Director. During board meetings, I was tasked with taking meeting minutes. Additionally, I led the LEAD Student Advisory Council. I hosted bi-monthly LEAD events that catered to different interests. I also created the weekly newsletters called the "Scholar Holler".

At a local retirement center, I served meals to independent-living residents for every meal. As a head server, I helped guide the other servers and made sure the dining hall was ran efficiently. Before each meal, I was tasked with delivering meals to residents to accommodate those who are unable to dine.
