My practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, finance, liquor license regulation and business law. My real estate practice focuses on development, leasing and loan transactions. In particular, I represent multi-family apartment building owners in acquisitions, sales and financings, including experience handling Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan transactions. I also represent landlord and tenants in leasing matters. My business practice includes representing buyers and sellers in business asset and equity transactions, counseling clients on formation and legal governance matters and all forms of business related transactional work. I regularly draft and negotiate supply, distribution, equipment, construction, service and licensing agreements, specifically in the food manufacturing industry. I also represent national restaurant chains, hotels and local business owners in liquor license transactions and regulatory compliance matters in the State of New Jersey.
