My role was to manage a sports centre to a high standard alongside with dealing with customer enquiries and managing a team to ensure the facility is running effectivity. gym manager must ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. This extends beyond the basics of keeping facilities clean and sanitary. It includes the implementation of comprehensive standard operating procedures, conducting regular safety audits, and instituting a rigorous program of training for staff to ensure they understand and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
