•Manage all firm accounts, report daily bank work, project the cash flow, and analyze the firm’s cash/loan position•Investigate and correct monetary discrepancies, pricing problems, and failing trades; make sure all customer trades are delivered properly to appropriate custodian banks•Responsible for inputting all municipal and government trades•Maintain firms’ inventory of positions and daily blotter of transactions and perform daily P+L analysis •Manage over 75 customer accounts from instating a new one, to recording transactions and keeping accurate inventories of existing ones •Provide prompt follow up regarding customer inquiries, account problems, or ad hoc concerns•Produce detailed financial reports for month-end – including settlement date inventory, month P+L, mark to market inventory, capital charges and undue concentration reports.•Update company’s Supervisory Procedures, Business Continuity Plan and AML procedures •Established formal written policies for front office and back office procedures which currently serve as the official training manual for new employees and handbook for existing employeesSeries 7 and Series 63 Licensed
