Identified audiences through community management: researching, exploring, and engaging in a range of online communities. Submitted ideas to communal pitch decks which I referred to daily as a means of collaboration and peer review.

Produced copy for Amazon Music podcasts, summarizing wide-ranging series to benefit and support their community of listeners.

Made drinks, prepared meals on the food line, washed dishes, and cleaned entire café. Engaged with customers to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Worked open/close shifts over the summer, and worked shifts between classes during the academic year.

Organized biweekly meetings with my team of writers to workshop ideas and discuss strategic vision. Personally curated a style guide to spark inspiration and streamline the mission of our section's content. Reviewed and edited five peer pieces on a weekly basis, while also writing my own essays, poems, and adapted recipes for publication.

Wrote 30 articles for publication across a range of subjects including campus event coverage, pop cultural commentary, and narrative essays (among others). Edited and published 53 articles on WordPress and provided feedback to each author. Led weekly writing section meetings to plan relevant and impactful articles, and attended weekly publication meetings to share and develop content pitches. As an editor, I monitored and enforced our publication timeline to guarantee consistency.
