As the Marketing Analysis Specialist at American Facility Services Group, I have developed our branding and marketing strategies while working with the Director of Business Development to promote growth and opportunities developing leads. I complete all Supplier Diversity registrations to initiate contact with target clients. As the marketing specialist, I create and promote branding opportunities and have developed a new Capability Statement for the company. Additionally, I manage all event and proposal calendars while reviewing our bid submissions.

In this role, I worked with clients to design their dream closets, pantries, and home storage solutions. I provided ongoing communication with clients and coordinated all sales representative meetings. As a designer and sales specialist, I increased sales in the showroom and in clients' homes by building great rapport and utilizing sales techniques.

As an Event Designer, I assisted clients in designing their events and selecting inventory such as table settings, lounge furniture, tables, chairs, decor, bar equipment and more. I provided ongoing communication with clients, venue managers, and catering managers at venues across Colorado to ensure smooth coordination of events. In my role, I increased sales by showcasing merchandise in the showroom to feature on-trend decor and design styles while managing clients' budgets.

In this role, I managed and booked all events for the Downtown Denver flagship location where we helped customers create projects in a creative bar setting. I created all event contracts including parameters of their event and payment processing for clients including the Denver Broncos, Google, and Davita. Additionally, I managed the storefront including opening and closing the location, hiring all employees, and managing all employees while processing payroll.

As an associate account manager, I was the primary production and problem-solving contact for 9 different healthcare systems managing 21 primary contacts with hundreds of clinics to produce all mandatory and voluntary hospital experience data. I communicated with client organization leaders to analyze their patient experience data and improve their health systems by locating, identifying, and communicating areas to focus and implement change.
