• Solely responsible for all insurance-related financial transactions for the corporation• Oversees the collection of exposure data used to underwrite all lines of business, including Domestic and Foreign Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, Global Property, Aviation, Cyber, Marine, Cargo, Environmental, Financial Lines, and Group Personal Excess Liability• Conducts Risk Management Overview training to internal stakeholders, including finance, contracts, global supply chain, legal, and benefits in conjunction with the Casualty and Aviation exposure data collection effort• Key contributor to all underwriting presentations and marketing efforts across all lines of business, including ~$20 billion asset Global Property program placed with ~60 insurers, $1 billion Excess Casualty program placed with ~25 insurers, $2.25 billion Aviation program, and $200 million Cyber program • Manages insurance budgets and insurance premium allocations totaling ~$90 million for all lines of business across the enterprise and indirect Treasury budget of ~$6 million• Administers Corporate Self-Insurance program, which buys down main program deductibles for Auto Liability, General Liability, Global Property, and Transit coverages and related claims• Leads Environmental Liability program and collaborates closely with the Environmental, Health and Safety, and Legal Departments to ensure compliance with EPA financial assurance requirements through surety• Vital player in various RFPs, including selection of a Global Property broker, Financial Lines broker, account management broker, and Workers’ Compensation TPA• Maintains and develops relationships with brokers, insurers, and vendors in the United States, Europe, London, and Bermuda• Sole liaison between Corporate Risk Management and DCMA, DCAA, and Deloitte and ensures the department’s compliance with FAR, CAS, SOX, and insurance standards• Oversees Vermont and Bermuda Captive financials

• Handles all financial transactions for the Corporate Risk Management department• Responsible for monthly closing and quarterly general ledger account reconciliations• Allocate and transfers costs to operating Sectors and business units on a monthly basis• Leads the annual Forward Pricing Rate Proposal and Indirect Cost Proposal Claim for allowable costs for the department • Oversees captive insurance company financials• Heads the annual underwriting process with insurance companies and sectors • Supports government DCAA and insurance company audits

• Supports the ICAP program (USMC via PMA-234) which generated over $50M in sales and lead the sector in operating margin in 2010• Supports the ALQ-131 program, comprised of commercial contracts with Japan, The Netherlands, Belgium and Norway totaling $4M in sales annually• Prepares EACs, budgets and schedules for contract work and performs financial analyses such as forecast profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis• Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within proper parameters and government cost control guidelines • Responsible for manpower planning and tracking, Long Range Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Resource Plan• Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections and submitting timely requests for funding to the government• Incorporates contractual changes into systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract
