I’ve always taken great pleasure in the implementation of ideas/concepts.In this male-dominated field, I strive to find my voice and express it effectively in order to have a positive impact on my department, work colleagues and the greater good of the firm. Lucky for me that I work for a company that encourages women to excel, build their brand, and prosper! That women have a voice and the ability to effect change excite me. There are so many amazing female leaders who inspire me like Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Amal Clooney, Sallie Krawcheck, Rachel Hollis, Oprah, and Jen Sincero. Their work energizes me and propels me forward.My main job is being a mom. It helps me realize the value of planning ahead. How I begin my day is a conscience choice to ensure that my habits set the stage for all the things I want to accomplish. Early morning workouts – moments of peace, which are rare - enable me to push at work and home. Reading, meditating, and listening to podcasts keep me informed and give me time to create ideas.
