Managing the day to day operations of services within the Child and Families a sector, and providing professional leadership to employees with an emphasis on the delivery of high quality, best practice service delivery.

Provide immediate psychosocial counselling to victims of natural disasters, conduct assessments and make referrals for ongoing support to reduce the impact of the trauma and stress experienced by communities with the goal of rebuilding communities.

Facilitating the Child & Adolescent Support Program Access Service (CASPAS). Providing group and individual support to 10 young people who have a parent, or parents, with a diagnosed mental illness(s). Engaging with client’s parents and family members and overseeing a team of youth workers. Providing mental health education to clients, other services and the community.
