I am a healthcare operations leader with a deep passion for ensuring the highest patient outcomes while driving productivity through business, financial, and clinical results. In my role as Region President of Neuro Services at SpecialtyCare, I lead a diverse team of clinicians and business leaders providing services at 300 hospitals and 16 health systems for 1,500 surgeons. My daily work centers on defining and implementing regional growth strategy, negotiating new business contracts, reducing costs, improving labor efficiencies, and building and maintaining key relationships that drive the business forward.Since joining SpecialtyCare in 2012, I have brought a relentless approach to growing through the leadership ranks and learning different dynamics of the industry from both a clinical and business perspective.
