Archway is a new generation Virtual Real Estate Company. Basic Business Plan is to keep overhead costs low while maximizing productivity, technology and increased profits for Agents. In addition to the day-to-day management tasks of running a brokerage, I am an active Agent listing, staging, marketing and selling properties. I use syndicated marketing strategies and SEOs to promote my properties. Additionally, I utilize social media to advertise and track my marketing efforts in order to identify the most productive effective marketing methods. I use several different industry specific software to create transaction templates and prepare documents. I use software for my property searches, CMAs and market trend reports. I also write blogs which contain hyperlinks and tags to draw traffic to my sites. I use tags and meta tags in my website to help position my site on the internet and draw traffic to my site(s). My main site has an IDX feature which is linked to the MLS for consumer searches. I have the ability to pull credit reports and run background checks. Due diligence, proper screening and specific procedures are in place to efficiently, effectively and safely work with all Clients. I create and develop marketing campaigns for specific target markets. I provide BPOs to valuation companies which includes statistical information and holistic subdivision profiles/market trends. I subscribe to several databases that offer a wealth of information and resources for my company. I recently wrote/prepared an extensive new Agent Training Module and New Agent Marketing Strategies booklet to aid in Listing presentations. Risk management is a high priority when running a Brokerage company. I created specific parameters in writing for all my Agents, conduct ongoing training and coaching.
