Working with a healthy portfolio of clients ranging from SME’s to large blue chip organisations, they cover all spectrum's of the industry, recruiting at all levels on a permanent, contractual or temporary bases.Initially, in my role as sales coordinator, I provided administration assistance to the sales team, accounts department and Directors; and through business analysts I implemented new systems into the business practices to increase efficiency by streamlining procedures and to ensure the company was up to date with the latest legislation, software and recruitment methods. Projects I introduced a new bespoke computer system to aid in candidate and client management, conducted training sessions and written materials to assist with the transition and minimise effects.Currently I am working offshore for Inplace and focusing on their Social Media marketing through various web based platforms.
