Providing daily support to the Director of People Operations and Human Resources Department.

While continuing to support a $2M+ center in Merrick, NY, I will now also be providing support to local franchise teams in the network to help drive top line sales, and increase profitability.• Provide coaching and support to franchise location’s established teams and new center opening’s via in center visits and virtual coaching calls; highlighting a path to break-even faster.• Prepares and facilitates network webinars to influence and coach franchisees and managers on network performance, company focuses and best practices.• Schedules follow-up coaching calls and in center visits to continue to influence positive change in center driving top line increases and bottom line.

• Recruit, interview, and train employees to guarantee the company’s services, policies, and procedures are clearly understood and everyone contributes to a supportive atmosphere.• Manage 25+ associates and constantly provide feedback and coaching to build up their confidence and abilities through 1-on-1 discussions, group meetings, role playing, and observing.  Actively set goals and provide roadmaps and motivation for their professional development.  Ensure company KPIs and standards are consistently being met and/or exceeded.• Monitor and manage all inventory, payroll, and operating costs to align with our annual budget. Entrusted with full decision-making power at this location.• Analyze sales trends to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals to then communicate these goals and results clearly in bi-monthly team meetings. • Developed collaborative relationships with all levels in the organization by providing operational insights. These insights have been used to create valuable resources for the network to improve efficiencies, set SOPs, and create incremental revenue.

-Developed a fair scheduling system for the sales staff when interacting with potential new clients. This approach was universally accepted and allowed for improved professional customer service.-Routinely resolved any guest issues to provide the best possible experience in every visit.

-Managed the weekly schedule for 30+ associates. Created a detailed onboarding and training program for all new hires that brought them up to speed properly and efficiently.-Assisted with the marketing and promotion of various programs; utilizing social media and traditional marketing materials to amplify events and build awareness about this center.

- Maintained order accuracy and guest satisfaction through the careful coordination with the kitchen and attention to the customer flow for both reservations and walk-ins.- Interviewed, hired, and trained over 50 front-of-house employees to ensure they provided consistent customer service, built relationships with regulars, and handled issues efficiently.
