Leading strategy and development for ANHD’s $4.3 million budget (corporate, foundation, government grants, events, and membership dues), while managing ANHD’s Communications, Organizational Finances, HR, and IT. Ensuring 20 FT, 3 PT, and 10+ vendor consultants have the resources and support needed to accomplish our mission. Direct supervision and management of 2 FT staff and 6 vendor consultants. Committed to enhancing financial transparency and HR policies, and driving organizational growth with a focus on equity.

Manage all fundraising and support the communications strategy for ANHD, an umbrella organization of 80+ mission-driven affordable housing and economic development groups serving low- and moderate wealth residents and communities throughout New York City. ANHD's current fundraising streams include 35+ corporate, private, and public entities, a 500+ person community development conference event, and membership dues.

Senior member of a small team, driving the private, public, and corporate institutional fundraising efforts for three affiliated, multi-service, non-profit agencies, with a combined $65+ million annual operating budget. The portfolio areas I covered most substantially included career and education, civil legal services, health and mental health, runaway and homeless youth programming, and eviction prevention services.
