• Analyzed and resolved problems surrounding Stanson Health's documentation such as organization, collaboration, and distribution of publications• Developed technical solutions to several API issues to improve software user experience by 47% in the Stanson app• Coordinated and communicated across 7 teams within the SaaS company to design and execute product solutions based on user needs• Built a technical roadmap to implement API solutions and the migration to a new documentation platform
