I have had experience in several different fields such as Retail, hospitality, customer service, training, trade services and during each of these careers I have developed a great skill set. I have always been praised for my bubbly personality and always having a smile on my face throughout all situations in each day to day tasks. I take pride in my work and am dedicated to helping clients and team members, I have outstanding attention to detail and apply my knowledge to all fields to help other people understand and grow in there roles. I have experience in a wide range of fields such as Admin, purchasing, staff training, sales, developing relationships with clients, retail, business development, planning and management. In my most recent role I have developed a successful and unique technique in training staff members into multiple different roles, looking into how they learn, how they understand and how to adapt to there learning abilities and styles. I have produced system procedure guides and used visual and written techniques to display how to do a step by step system run down. I have built up procedures for administration from scratch to develop a simpler and highly effective route on day to day tasks. That’s enough about myself and my capabilities, on a more personal note I am 23 years old, I absolutely adore my free time with my partner and my 3 year old Bull Arab x Grey Hound named Indi. The most important things to me are my family, my cars and my dog. Myself and my partner have a big interest/ possible problem with cars and performance vehicles. My free time is often spent adventuring and or at car meets and cruises, I also am an admin to an all girls car club called Pretty Pistons Australia which can take up some of my free time.
